Found black cat on Halloween
We found a lost back cat in our yard around 9th & Maryland Avenue, NE with a big plastic surgical collar around his neck. The cat is around one year old and weighs 8 pounds. We have called our neighbors and no one seems to know who he might belong to. If you know who the cat may belong to, please let us know. Thank you!
